In the Development Conference, for the period 2014-2020, the Guidelines of Development Strategy and policy areas were presented, under the supervision of the Ministry of Environment (Environment, Energy and Climate Change).

The Deputy Minister Stavros Kalafatis PECA stressed that a series of structural changes are being promoted, which make our country friendly to investments and our economy more competitive and extroverted, setting as a key aspect the new development policy issues in the Environment and Spatial Planning.
Mr. Kalafatis stressed that we are proceeding directly to a long-term range radical reform, a reform with six institutional interventions relating to:

• in the land and forest maps
• illegal construction and environmental balance
• spatial and urban reform
• the audit process
• forest interventions and
• the specific planning framework for tourism

The great success of 11 EXHIBITION GREEK ALUMINIUM 2013 and the satisfaction expressed by most exhibitors participating, are the results of very good preparation and the excellent organization of all involved, the Greek Aluminium Association, the organizing company ROTA and of course exhibitors.
